Our Farm-to-Door Process
First, we go right out onto the farm and hand-select the absolute best-looking, healthiest ginger plants to ensure we are harvesting nice, full, high-energy rhizomes. Once we find a premium plant, we carefully remove it from the ground, strip it clean, and thoroughly wash the rhizomes. Finally, we trim them down to pristine condition, package them up, and ship them straight to your door.
