Transit Damage & Reporting
We pack all items with extreme care to ensure safe arrival. However, if your package experiences severe issues during transit—such as crushed packaging, smashed boxes, or broken stems—we want to make it right.
If your order arrives severely damaged, please reach out directly to our customer support team at firespikeplants@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please include clear photographs of both the damaged plants and the shipping package so we can review it right away.
