2. Live Plant & Cutting Policy
Because we sell live plant material and unrooted cuttings, all sales are final once shipped. We pack all items with extreme care to ensure safe arrival. However, we cannot guarantee the survival or success of any plant or cutting once it is in your care, as environmental factors, soil conditions, and watering habits are beyond our control.
If your plants or cuttings arrive severely damaged due to transit issues, you must contact us at firespikeplants@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage and packaging.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We offer standard shipping and handling starting at $6.99, which is automatically calculated at checkout based on the number of items in your order. We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $75.00. We ship using reliable standard carriers to ensure the health of your plants. Please note that we are not responsible for transit delays, carrier errors, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer. For exceptionally large or heavy bulk orders, we reserve the right to contact you directly if additional shipping arrangements or fees are necessary.
4. Payments & Billing
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or stock shortages occur.
